Refund policy


The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within FIFTEEN calendar days after receiving the article. In order to formalise the withdrawal, the customer must send the returns form at the end of this section to the following e-mail address:, within the period indicated, indicating their wish to withdraw, their details (including their account number) and those of the contract they wish to withdraw from.

The COMPANY will then contact the customer to manage the effective return of the product.

Once the withdrawal is formalized and the item is returned along with its original packaging, the price will be refunded in the shortest possible time.

Online purchases do not accept changes in the model of the jewel, only money returns with the original method of payment.

Returns will not be accepted if the jewelry has already been personalized (Engraving), modified after its delivery, that is to say, adjustments of size or any alteration of the product not made by our factory.

All payments received will be returned, including delivery costs if any. The means used for the return will be by the same means of payment used in the purchase.

The customer is also informed and aware that the size of the photographs contained in the Portal does not correspond to the actual size of the products.
